Feedback- requesting features and reporting bugs

The Feedback board is where customers post ideas and bug reports, vote on each other's suggestions, and see what is being worked on.

What it is

The Feedback board is where customers post ideas and bug reports, vote on each other's suggestions, and see what is being worked on.

It is a public board shared across all NexoFlow customers, not a private support channel.

How it works

Posting

Submit either an IDEA (a feature request) or a BUG. Give it a clear title, a description, and optionally attach a screenshot.

Submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly, so there is a short delay between posting and seeing your item on the board.

Voting and commenting

You can upvote or downvote items and add comments. Votes help prioritise what gets built.

Status

Once an item is on the board it moves through:

  • Open- Submitted and visible
  • Planned- Accepted and scheduled
  • In progress- Being built
  • Shipped- Released

Feedback vs support

  • Use FEEDBACK for:- "I wish NexoFlow could do X", "This would be better if..."
  • Use SUPPORT for:- "Something is broken right now", "I was charged twice", "My posts aren't publishing"

If something is blocking you today, contact support directly rather than posting on the board- the board is a roadmap input, not a queue that gets answered.

Common questions

How do I request a feature?

Post it on the Feedback board as an idea. Other customers can vote on it, which helps it get prioritised.

I posted an idea but can't see it.

Submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly. Give it a little time.

Will my idea definitely get built?

No promises. Votes and comments feed into prioritisation, but the roadmap balances many factors.

Should I report a bug here or to support?

If it is blocking you, contact support- that gets a response. The board is better for non-urgent issues and improvement ideas.

Can other customers see what I post?

Yes, once approved. It is a public board. Do not include account details, credentials, or client information in a post.
