What is there
Account
Your primary email address and account details.
Notifications
Which notifications you receive, and the notification email address. You can send notifications to a different address from your login email- useful if a shared inbox should receive alerts about failed publishes and low credits.
Appearance
Light or dark theme.
User API keys
Optionally supply your own AI provider keys instead of using NexoFlow's:
Most customers should leave these empty and use NexoFlow's own AI, paid for with credits. Supplying your own keys means that provider bills you directly.

Common questions
How do I change my password?
Use the password reset flow from the login screen; NexoFlow emails you a secure link. If you signed up with Google, this is also how you add a password for the first time.
Can notifications go to a different email than my login?
Yes. Set a separate notification email in Account Settings.
How do I switch to dark mode?
Account Settings > Appearance.
Should I add my own API keys?
Most customers should not. NexoFlow provides the AI and you pay for it with credits. Bring your own keys only if you have a specific reason and are comfortable being billed by that provider directly.
How do I change my account email address?
Contact support. The account email is tied to your login and billing, so we change it for you.
How do I delete my account?
Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This is irreversible. Cancel your subscription first if you have one, and export anything you want to keep. privacy and data.
