Privacy, data and account deletion

You do. You retain ownership of everything you upload and of the content generated for you.

Who owns the content

You do. You retain ownership of everything you upload and of the content generated for you.

By using the service you grant NexoFlow a licence to host, store, process, resize, analyse, publish, transmit and display that content- but only for the purpose of actually operating the service for you. That licence ends when your content is permanently deleted, subject to backup retention and any legal obligations.

Is my content used to train AI?

No. Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise, NexoFlow does not use private customer-uploaded content to train public foundation AI models.

Your content IS processed by AI services in order to generate content for you- that is the product working- but that is processing on your behalf, not contributing your data to a public model.

What is stored

  • Account details you provide
  • Content you upload: documents, photos, brand information
  • Content generated for you
  • Connection credentials for the channels you connect
  • Usage and activity records
  • Analytics read back from your connected accounts

Credentials

Access tokens for connected accounts (WordPress, social platforms, Google) are stored encrypted. NexoFlow never stores your social media passwords- you sign in on the platform's own site and it hands back a revocable token.

You can revoke NexoFlow's access from the platform itself at any time, and that takes effect immediately regardless of anything in NexoFlow.

Deleting your data

There are two levels.

Option 1: delete specific content

Delete individual posts or projects from within the app. Deleted content goes to Trash first and is recoverable for a limited period- trash and recovery- then permanently removed.

Option 2: delete your entire account

Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. There is also a dedicated data deletion page for account and data removal requests.

This is irreversible. Before deleting:

  • Cancel your subscription if you have one
  • Export or save anything you want to keep
  • Note that content already published to your website and social accounts lives on those platforms and is not removed by deleting your NexoFlow account

What survives deletion

Backups are retained for a period, and certain derived data- anonymised analytics, aggregated system and quality data- may be retained for operational, security and platform improvement purposes as permitted by law. This is normal practice and is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Third parties

NexoFlow connects to services you choose to connect- WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Drive, Canva- and passes data to and from them on your instruction. It also uses AI providers to generate content.

Each connected platform has its own privacy terms. Data you publish to them is then governed by their policies as well.

Common questions

Do you use my content to train AI models?

No. Private customer-uploaded content is not used to train public foundation AI models.

Who owns the content NexoFlow generates for me?

You do.

How do I delete my account and data?

Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account, or use the data deletion page. It is irreversible- cancel your subscription and save anything you want to keep first.

If I delete my account, does my published content disappear from my website and social accounts?

No. Content already published lives on those platforms. Remove it there separately if you want it gone.

Are my social media passwords stored?

No. You authorise NexoFlow on the platform's own site, and it receives a revocable token which is stored encrypted. You can revoke it from the platform at any time.

Can my client's data be seen by other customers?

No. Projects are isolated per account, and content is generated only from that project's own knowledge.

Why am I being asked to accept the terms again?

The Terms or Privacy Policy changed materially. You are asked to review and accept the updated version, and your acceptance is recorded.

Where can I read the full privacy policy?

In the app under Account Settings > Legal, and on the public website. This article is a plain-language summary; the policy itself is authoritative.
