What is on it

Headline numbers

  • Total Posts- Everything created, across all your projects.
  • Published- Blog posts that have actually gone live.
  • Social Posts- Posts published to social channels.
  • AI Made- Images and posts produced by AI.

These count across ALL of your projects, not just the currently selected one.

Your brands

A card per project, showing its type and website, so an agency can see every client from one screen and jump straight into any of them.

What's next

Upcoming scheduled content across all projects, so you can see what is due to publish without opening the calendar.

Recent activity

A running feed of what has happened lately- content generated, published, and other notable events.

Autopilot card

Shows Autopilot's configuration for the current project, when the next run is due, and how the last one went. autopilot.

If you are brand new

On a new account the Dashboard prompts you to create your first brand (project). The recommended order after that is:

Common questions

Do the dashboard numbers cover one project or all of them?

The headline numbers cover all your projects. Most other pages in the app show only the currently selected project.

Where do I start as a new customer?

Create a project, fill in the Brand Profile, sync the website, connect your channels, then generate your first content from the Content Planner.

My numbers show zero.

Nothing has been created yet, or you are looking at a brand new account. Generate content from the Content Planner to populate it.

How do I switch between clients?

Use the project switcher at the top of the sidebar.
