Website Posts is the full list of blog/website articles for a project, and the editor where you write and refine them.
Most posts arrive here from the Content Planner or Autopilot. You can also write one from scratch.

What you can do
- Create a new post, with or without AI help
- Edit the content of any post
- Set the SEO fields
- Set the featured image
- Set tags, categories and the author
- Preview it
- Publish, unpublish, schedule, or delete it
The editor
Content
Write or edit the article body directly. You can generate the body with AI, or write it yourself.
SEO settings
- Meta Title- The title search engines show. Distinct from the article headline.
- Meta Description- The snippet shown under the title in search results.
- Primary SEO keyword- The focus keyword the post is targeting.
Featured image
The main image for the post. You can pick from the Media Library, upload one, or generate one with AI. media library.
Search indexing
You can mark a post as "no index", which tells search engines not to list it. Use this for pages you want live but not in search results.
The SEO score
Each post gets an SEO readiness score out of 100, with a breakdown of what is helping and what is missing.
- 90 and above- Ready
- 75 to 89- Good foundation
- 50 to 74- Needs work
- Below 50- Significant gaps
What it checks
- Article title- Is there a strong, well-formed headline
- Meta description- Is one written, and is it a sensible length
- Focus keyword- Has a target keyword been set
- Topic in title- Is the main topic actually clear in the title
- Topic coverage- Does the article properly cover its subject
- Content depth- Is it substantial enough to rank
- Original content- Is it distinct from your other posts
- Article structure- Headings and organisation
- Internal links- Does it link to your own relevant pages
- Featured image- Is there one
- Search indexing- Is the post actually indexable
There is also an "improve SEO" action that applies fixes automatically.
A high score is a good signal, not a guarantee of ranking. Do not treat 90 as a publishing requirement- a well-written post at 80 is fine.
Publishing
Posts publish to whichever website delivery method the project uses- WordPress, the embed widget, or the Content API. website integration.
You can publish immediately, or set a publish date and let it go out on schedule. You do not need to be logged in for a scheduled post to publish.
Unpublishing takes a post back out of the live site.

How do I write a post myself instead of using AI?
Create a new post from Website Posts and write in the editor. AI assistance is available but never forced.
Can I edit a post the AI wrote?
Yes, freely. Edit before or after publishing.
What is a good SEO score?
90 or above is marked Ready. 75 to 89 is a good foundation. Below 50 has real gaps worth fixing. The breakdown tells you specifically what is missing.
What is the difference between the article title and the meta title?
The article title is the headline readers see on the page. The meta title is what search engines display in results. They are often similar but not always identical.
My post published in NexoFlow but is not on my website.
This is a website connection issue rather than a post issue. website integration and troubleshooting publishing.
How do I stop a post appearing in Google?
Mark it as "no index" in the SEO settings. Note that search engines take time to drop an already-indexed page.
Can I change who a post is attributed to?
Yes, using the author setting. authors.
I deleted a post by mistake.
Check Trash- deleted content is recoverable for a period. trash and recovery.
Can I edit a post after it is published to WordPress?
Yes. Edits made in NexoFlow sync to the existing WordPress post rather than creating a duplicate.
