The AI assistant (workspace chat)
The Workspace is a chat interface where you ask NexoFlow to do things in plain language and it carries them out for you.
What it is
The Workspace is a chat interface where you ask NexoFlow to do things in plain language and it carries them out for you.
It is not a chatbot that only answers questions. It can actually operate the app: create posts, generate images, connect things, change settings, schedule content, invite teammates, and report on what is going on.

What you can ask it to do
Examples of things that work:
Content
"Create a new blog post about winter roof maintenance" "Plan 8 posts for next month about our main services" "Rewrite the last post to be less formal" "Show me day 8 posts across all platforms" "Move everything scheduled next week forward by three days" "Publish the roof repair post now"
Images
"Generate new images for my media library" "Make a new featured image for this post"
Setup and brand
"Create a project for my marketing agency" "Fill in the business profile from my website" "Read this page and remember it" (paste a link) "Scan my website again" "Connect my WordPress site" "Why isn't my WordPress connection working?"
Reporting and admin
"How many credits do I have left?" "Show me the content calendar" "What's my analytics summary?" "Which social accounts are connected?" "Show the activity log" "Invite [email protected] to my team"
Reviews
"Draft a reply to my latest Google review" "Set up auto-replies for 4 stars and above"
It can do considerably more than this list- these are just representative.
How it handles risky actions
Two safeguards are built in.
1. It asks before doing anything consequential
Actions that publish, delete, spend, or affect other people require your explicit confirmation first. That includes publishing posts, deleting posts or projects, shifting schedules, inviting team members, posting review replies, and changing auto-reply settings.
2. It drafts first where drafting makes sense
Blog posts, social plans, Google Business Profile posts and review replies are produced as drafts you review, not published straight out.
You can always say no, or ask it to change the plan before confirming.
Scope
The assistant works within the currently selected project, and within what your own account is allowed to do. It cannot act on projects you do not have access to, and it cannot exceed your plan's limits.
Common questions
What is the Workspace?
A chat where you tell NexoFlow what you want in plain language and it does it- creating content, generating images, changing settings, and reporting back.
Can it publish without asking me?
No. Publishing, deleting, scheduling changes and anything affecting other people require your explicit confirmation first.
Is it the same as the Content Planner?
They overlap. The Content Planner is a purpose-built screen for planning batches of content. The Workspace is conversational and can do a much wider range of things, including setup, admin and reporting.
Can I ask it questions about my account?
Yes- credit balance, connected accounts, scheduled content, analytics summaries, team usage and activity are all things it can look up.
It did something I didn't want. Can I undo it?
Deleted content goes to Trash and can be restored. Published posts can be unpublished. For anything else, contact support.
Does it work across all my projects at once?
It works within the currently selected project. Switch projects to work on another one.
Does using the assistant consume AI credits?
Yes. Generating content and images through chat uses credits the same way as generating them from the Content Planner.
