What it is
NexoFlow can generate images rather than using stock photos. Images are made to match the specific post they belong to, in the correct size for wherever they are being published.
Where to find it
Sidebar > Assets > Media Library, then the generate option Images are also generated automatically for posts from the Content Planner and Autopilot, and can be regenerated from any post.
Generating an image
Describe what you want. Be concrete about the subject.
- Good:- "A professional photo of a chimney sweep at work, warm lighting, cozy interior"
- Good:- "A newly installed concrete walkway leading to a front porch, daytime"
- Weak:- "Something nice for a blog post"
The single most important thing is naming the actual subject. "A walkway" produces a walkway; "a nice outdoor space" produces whatever the model feels like, which is usually a driveway or a patio.
For posts generated automatically, the image prompt is derived from the post's own subject, so a well-focused post title gives a better matched image.
Quality setting
There is a quality setting that affects both text and image generation:
- FAST- Quick and lowest cost. Good for first drafts.
- BALANCED- Recommended. Good quality for social, blog and Google Business posts. This is the default.
- PREMIUM- Top quality. Best for important posts where the wording really matters.
Higher quality costs more credits and takes longer to produce.
Branding on images
Images can carry your branding- your logo and business details- so posts look consistently yours. Your logo and brand colours are picked up when you sync the website. sync website.
Regenerating an image
If you do not like an image, regenerate it. You can also:
- Replace it with a photo from the Media Library
- Upload your own photo instead
- Adjust the description and generate again
Regenerating takes a little time because several options are produced and checked before one is chosen.
Common questions
How do I generate an image?
From the Media Library, or directly on a post. Describe what you want, being specific about the subject.
The image doesn't match my post. Why?
Usually the subject was not specific enough. Regenerate with a description that names the actual thing- "a paved walkway", not "an outdoor area". For automatically generated posts, a more focused post title produces a better matched image.
Can I use my own photos instead?
Yes, and for a local service business this often works better. Upload photos to the Media Library and set the image strategy to "My photos first". media library.
Can the images include my logo?
Yes. Branding can be applied to generated images. Your logo and colours are picked up when you sync your website.
Why is image generation slow?
Several candidate images are produced and quality-checked before one is selected. Higher quality settings take longer. Under a couple of minutes is normal.
Do images use AI credits?
Yes. Image generation consumes credits, and higher quality settings consume more.
Can I generate images of specific people or real logos?
No. Generated imagery should not be relied on to depict real, identifiable people, and it will not reproduce third-party brands. Use your own photos for anything that must show real people or real premises.
Image generation failed.
Most often a credit shortfall, or a description the image model declined to produce. Check your credit balance, then try a simpler, more concrete description.
