- ADMIN- Everything, including managing the team and billing.
- MANAGER- Everything on projects- read, edit, publish, manage settings, and spend AI credits.
- PUBLISHER- Read, edit and publish content.

- VIEWER- Read only.
The account owner always has full control over their own projects, regardless of org role.

- Someone who writes but should not push content live-> Editor
- Someone who runs the day-to-day publishing-> Publisher
- A trusted senior person or account manager-> Manager
- A client or stakeholder who only needs visibility-> Viewer
For a client who only needs to APPROVE upcoming content, do not create a seat at all- use a Client review link instead, which needs no login. client review.
Billing across a team
Team members do not pay separately. They inherit access from the paying account holder's subscription.
Two consequences worth knowing:
- If the paying admin's subscription lapses, the whole team loses access. Team membership on its own does not grant access.
- AI usage by team members draws on the organization's credit balance.
Team usage
The Team & Usage page shows who is in the organization and what they have been generating, so you can see where the AI spend is going across the team.
Common questions
How do I invite someone to my team?
Organization > Team & Usage > invite, then enter their email and pick a role.
Why can't I invite anyone?
Solo and Starter plans are single-user. Team seats start at Pro.
What is the difference between Editor and Publisher?
An Editor can write and change content but cannot publish it. A Publisher can do both.
Do my teammates need their own subscription?
No. They inherit access from your subscription.
My whole team lost access.
Check the paying account holder's subscription. If it lapsed or was cancelled, everyone in the organization loses access, not just the owner.
Can I give someone access to only one client project?
Yes. Share that individual project with them at the permission level you want, rather than giving them an org-wide role.
My client just needs to approve posts. Do I need to buy them a seat?
No. Use a Client review link- they approve in the browser with no login. client review.
How do I see what my team is spending on AI?
The Team & Usage page shows generation activity per member, and the Activity Log has the per-generation detail.
How do I remove someone?
From Team & Usage. Removing them revokes their access immediately.
