How long you have
- Website posts- 30 days
- Social posts- 10 days
After that the item is permanently removed and cannot be recovered by anyone, including support.
The retention window is fixed at the moment you delete something, so an item already in Trash keeps the window it was given.
Restoring
Open Trash, find the item, and restore it. A restored post comes back as it was, keeping its original identity- so anything that referenced it still lines up.
Restoring a post does not automatically re-publish it. Check its status and publish or schedule it again if it needs to go live.
Deleted projects
Deleting a whole project is a bigger action than deleting a post. Deleted projects are held for a period before being permanently purged, and Autopilot for that project is paused immediately.
If a project was deleted by mistake, contact support promptly. Once purged, its content, brand knowledge and analytics history are gone for good.

I deleted a post that was already live on my website. Is it still there?
Deleting in NexoFlow also removes it from the connected website. Restoring it brings it back into NexoFlow, and you then publish it again.
I deleted a whole project.
Contact support as soon as possible. Projects are held before being purged, but once purged nothing can be recovered.
