What counts as a channel connection?+
A channel connection is any single destination you publish to - one WordPress site, one Instagram account, one LinkedIn page, etc. The Free plan supports up to 3 channels across any combination.
How do AI credits work?+
NexoFlow manages AI infrastructure on your behalf. Your plan includes a credit allocation for AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, and adaptation. Credits are shared across your organization. Pro plans include a generous monthly allocation; heavier usage can be topped up.
Can I add more members on the Free plan?+
The Free plan is designed for solo use. To invite team members and collaborate as an org, you'll need to upgrade to Pro.
