Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NexoFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using NexoFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use NexoFlow.

NexoFlow provides a content operations platform including drafting tools, an AI assistant, scheduling, multi-channel publishing, and a Content API ("the Service"). The Service is provided as-is and may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use NexoFlow. Accounts must not be shared between individuals.

You agree not to use NexoFlow to publish spam, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service, or circumvent usage limits or access controls.

You retain all ownership rights to content you create using NexoFlow. By using the Service, you grant NexoFlow a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

NexoFlow owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the interface, codebase, and Content API design. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

The AI assistant generates content based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. NexoFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.

AI credits are consumed when you use AI features. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We may change our pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice to current paid subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. NexoFlow may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
