When Autopilot is set to "Send to me for review", the content it produces lands here instead of publishing. You read it, and decide.
This is your own review queue. It is different from Client review, which is for sending content to an end client for sign-off- client review.
Where to find it
Sidebar > Content > Autopilot Review
You are notified when a batch is ready. NexoFlow waits until every post in the batch is completely finished- text and images both- before notifying you, so you are never sent to review half-written posts.
Your three options per post
1. Approve
The post is cleared to publish on its scheduled date.
2. Request changes
You describe what is wrong in plain language, and the AI rewrites the post and brings it back for another look. For example: "too formal, and don't mention pricing" or "lead with the warranty, not the history".
Each post can be sent back for rewriting up to 3 times. After that, edit it yourself rather than asking for another rewrite.
3. Reject
The post will not be published and the AI will not rewrite it. It stays in the Content Planner, so you can still edit or publish it manually later. To remove it entirely, delete it from the Content Planner.
You can act on posts one at a time, or select several and act on them together.

Sidebar > Content > Autopilot Review. You are notified when a batch is ready.
What is the difference between Reject and Delete?
Reject stops the post from publishing but keeps it in the Content Planner, so you can still edit or use it. Delete removes it entirely.
How do I get the AI to fix a post rather than rewriting it myself?
Use "Request changes" and describe what you want changed. The AI rewrites it and returns it for review.
How many times can I ask for changes?
Up to 3 rewrites per post. Beyond that, edit the post directly.
I approved a post. When does it publish?
On its scheduled publish date. Approving clears it to go; it does not push it out immediately unless the date has already passed.
Can I skip the review step entirely?
Yes. Set Autopilot's publish mode to "Publish automatically".
Why is nothing waiting for me even though Autopilot ran?
Either the batch is still being prepared- NexoFlow only sends it to review when every post is fully finished- or Autopilot is set to publish automatically, in which case it never reaches this page.
Can my client approve content instead of me?
Yes, but through a different feature. client review, which lets you send a review link to someone without giving them a login.
