How every part of NexoFlow works, written for the person using it. Start at the top if you are new, or jump straight to the thing that is not behaving.
Getting started
What is NexoFlow?
NexoFlow is an AI-powered content and growth tool for local businesses and the marketing agencies that serve them.
Creating an account, signing in, and email verification
Signing up with email or Google, verifying your address, staying signed in, and what to do when you cannot get in.
Projects- the core concept
A project is one business inside NexoFlow. It is the container for everything about that business: its brand knowledge, its connected channels, its content, and its analytics.
Brand profile- teaching NexoFlow about the business
The Brand Profile is where you tell NexoFlow who the business is. It is the single most important thing to fill in, because every piece of content is generated against it.
Sync website- teaching NexoFlow from your existing site
Sync Website reads the business's existing website and stores what it finds as brand knowledge. NexoFlow then writes from real facts on the site rather than guessing.
Connecting channels
Connecting your website (WordPress, embed widget, or content API)
For NexoFlow to publish blog posts to a website, it needs a way to deliver them. There are three supported delivery methods. You pick one per project.
Social channels- connecting and publishing
Social & Channels is where you connect the business's social accounts and control which ones NexoFlow publishes to.
Google business profile (GBP) posting
Google Business Profile is the listing that appears when someone searches for the business on Google or Google Maps. Posting to it regularly is one of the highest value things a local business can do, and it is also the thing most businesses forget to do.
Google reviews- automatic and assisted replies
NexoFlow reads new Google reviews for your connected Google Business Profile locations and helps you reply to them- either automatically, or as a draft you approve.
Creating content
The dashboard (home)
The Dashboard is the landing page after signing in. It answers three questions at a glance: how much has been produced, what is coming up next, and what has just happened.
Content planner- the main way to create content
The Content Planner is where most content gets made. You describe what you want in plain English, and NexoFlow plans out a batch of posts, writes them, makes images for them, schedules them, and publishes them to the channels you chose.
Autopilot- hands-off recurring content
Autopilot generates content for a project on a recurring schedule without you asking for it each time. You configure it once, and content keeps arriving.
Review & approve- approving autopilot content
When Autopilot is set to "Send to me for review", the content it produces lands here instead of publishing. You read it, and decide.
Website posts- creating, editing and publishing blog posts
Website Posts is the full list of blog/website articles for a project, and the editor where you write and refine them.
Calendar and scheduling
The Calendar shows every piece of content for a project on a month grid- what has published, what is scheduled, and what needs attention.
Client review- sending content to a client for approval
Client review lets you send a private link to a client so they can review and approve upcoming content- without giving them a NexoFlow login.
The AI assistant (workspace chat)
The Workspace is a chat interface where you ask NexoFlow to do things in plain language and it carries them out for you.
Images and video
Media library- photos and images
The Media Library holds all the images available to a project- photos you have uploaded and images NexoFlow has generated.
AI image generation
NexoFlow can generate images rather than using stock photos. Images are made to match the specific post they belong to, in the correct size for wherever they are being published.
Video and reels
NexoFlow can generate short videos and vertical reels from a description, sized for whichever platform you are posting to.
Measuring results
Analytics- measuring what the content did
Analytics brings results from your own channels back into NexoFlow, so you can see whether the content is actually working rather than just that it published.
Traffic campaigns (traffic dominator)
Traffic Campaigns connects NexoFlow to Traffic Dominator, a separate service that drives real visits to published content.
Activity log
The Activity Log is the record of what NexoFlow did and when. It covers content generation, publishing, and account activity.
Account and billing
Billing, plans and AI credits
Your plan sets capacity- projects, team seats and Google Business locations. AI credits are a separate prepaid balance that pays for generation. Telling the two apart answers most billing questions.
Team and organization
An organization lets several people work on the same projects. You invite teammates, give each a role, and they get their own login while working inside your account's projects and plan.
Account settings
Your profile and notification email, light or dark theme, optional AI provider keys, and how to delete your account.
Trash and recovering deleted content
Deleted content is not destroyed immediately. It goes to Trash, where it can be restored for a limited time.
Authors- bylines on your posts
Authors are the bylines your published posts appear under. Instead of every post being credited to a generic account, you can publish under a real person's name with a bio and a photo.
Feedback- requesting features and reporting bugs
The Feedback board is where customers post ideas and bug reports, vote on each other's suggestions, and see what is being worked on.
Advanced
Content API and SDK (for developers)
The Content API lets a developer pull published content out of NexoFlow and render it on any website, in any framework.
Connecting external AI agents (MCP server)
NexoFlow exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint, which lets an external AI assistant connect to your NexoFlow account and work with your content.
"Things to do" local landing pages
"Things to do" pages are local area guides you publish on your website- for example "Things to do in Austin, TX".
Privacy, data and account deletion
You do. You retain ownership of everything you upload and of the content generated for you.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting- content is not publishing
Most publishing failures are one of five things. Check them in this order.
Troubleshooting- content or images are not generating
An empty credit balance stops generation immediately, across every project. This is by far the most common cause. Check Billing & Credits.
Troubleshooting- disconnected or broken channels
This is normal and happens to every tool that posts on your behalf. Platforms expire access deliberately, and revoke it whenever something about the account changes.
