# Google Reviews- AI replies in the business's own voice

Source: https://nexoflow.ai/reviews

Drafts and posts replies to Google Business reviews in the brand's voice, holding critical reviews for a human instead of answering them automatically.

## What it is

NexoFlow watches your Google Business listings, writes a reply in your voice within about half an hour, and posts the happy ones automatically while holding anything critical for you.

Review replies are the classic small job that never gets done. NexoFlow's answer is not “let the AI handle all of it” - it is to answer the easy majority instantly and put the two-star review in front of a human, with the draft already written.

auto-replies at 4★ and above by default- everything lower waits for you

## Connect once, then it watches

1. Connect your listings- Link the Google Business locations you manage. Multi-location and multi-client setups are normal here, not an edge case.
2. Set your floor and your tone- Choose the star rating at or above which replies post on their own, and give a tone hint so replies sound like your business.
3. Approve what it holds back- Anything under your threshold is written and saved as a draft. You read it, adjust it, and post when you're ready.

## What this actually solves

- The 40 five-star reviews you never thanked- Positive reviews get a warm, specific, on-brand reply within about half an hour, without anyone opening the Google dashboard.
- The one-star that needs a human- Below your threshold nothing is posted. NexoFlow still writes a considered draft, so you're editing rather than starting cold.
- Dozens of locations, one queue- Every connected listing is polled on a rotation, so a chain or an agency roster gets the same coverage as a single storefront.
- Replies that sound like you- A per-connection tone hint steers the voice, so a dental practice and a barbershop don't get the same template.

## Public replies, bounded deliberately

A reply to a Google review is public and permanent. Everything here is designed around that.

- A star floor, defaulting to 4- Only reviews at or above your threshold are answered automatically. The default is 4★, so three stars and below reach you first.
- Held back means drafted, not dropped- Below the floor, the reply is still written and stored as a draft awaiting your approval. Nothing is lost, nothing is posted.
- Auto-reply is off until you enable it- Connecting a listing does not start posting. Auto-reply is an explicit switch per connection.
- Fair rotation across locations- Listings are polled stalest-first, so the last location on the list gets the same attention as the first- never starved behind a cap.
- Failures are recorded, not swallowed- If Google rejects a reply, the attempt is stored with the error so you can see what happened instead of wondering.
- Dead listings stop retrying- When Google says a location no longer resolves, the connection is flagged for reconnection rather than retried every half hour forever.

Why we default the floor to four stars: A generated reply to a glowing review is low risk and high value. A generated reply to an angry one can make a bad situation worse, and it is exactly the case where a human should read the room. Four stars is where that line sits by default. You can move it- including to five, or low enough that everything is drafted and nothing posts- but you have to move it yourself.

## What posts, and what waits- Posts automatically

- 5★ review- Replied in your tone, posted, logged
- 4★ review- At the default floor, so it posts too
- tone hint- Per-connection steer on how replies read
- ~30 min- Typical time from new review to posted reply

## What posts, and what waits- Waits for you

- 3★ and below- Draft written, nothing posted
- auto-reply off- Everything drafts until you switch it on
- failed post- Stored with Google's error for review
- stale listing- Flagged for reconnection instead of retried

## Common questions

Will it reply to a bad review on its own? Not by default. The threshold defaults to 4 stars, so three-star and lower reviews are written up as drafts and wait for you. You can change the threshold, but the default is deliberately cautious about the reviews where tone matters most.

How quickly does a review get answered? Connected listings are polled on a roughly half-hourly rotation, so a new review is typically answered within about thirty minutes of appearing.

Can it handle a lot of locations? Yes. Polling is ordered stalest-first, which means a large roster rotates rather than the tail end never being checked. Agencies running many client listings and chains with many branches both work.

Will the replies sound generic? Each connection takes a tone hint, and replies are generated against the business name and the specific review text rather than a template, so a reply references what the customer actually said.

What if Google rejects a reply? The attempt is stored along with the error message from Google, so the failure is visible in NexoFlow instead of disappearing. If Google reports the location no longer exists, the connection is flagged for reconnection rather than retried indefinitely.

Can I turn the automatic part off entirely? Yes. Auto-reply is off until you enable it per connection. With it off, NexoFlow still writes a draft reply for every new review, so you get the time saving without anything publishing on its own.
