Autopilot writes the posts, generates the images, and holds the batch for your approval- on your website, Google Business, and your social channels. Most tools automate the scheduling and leave you the writing. Autopilot is the other way around: “Publish four on-brand posts a week” becomes a setting, not a recurring task. Pick a cadence and a volume- Daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and anywhere from 1 to 20 posts per cycle. Choose short, medium, or long. 2. Approve the batch- Review mode is the default. Here is what keeps Autopilot honest. - Review is the default- A new Autopilot config starts in review mode. Auto-publish is a deliberate switch you flip yourself, never the starting state. - One link per cycle- Each batch becomes a single review link with every post in it- not twenty separate notifications you have to reassemble. - Ready in seconds, not on a timer- A batch is proposed the moment its posts finish generating, rather than waiting for the next scheduled sweep. - It never goes quiet on you- If generation wedges, Autopilot proposes whatever is finished after three hours instead of holding the batch back indefinitely. - Pause from anywhere- Turn it off in the dashboard, or have your AI assistant pause it over MCP. Not unless you ask it to. New Autopilot configs default to review mode, where each cycle is held as a single approval link and nothing reaches a channel until you approve it. Auto mode exists, but you have to switch it on deliberately. How many posts can it write at once? Between 1 and 20 per cycle. Combined with the cadence, that is the whole volume control- four per week, twenty a month, one a day, whatever fits the brand. What if I don't know what to write about? Leave the theme blank. Autopilot then picks timely, on-brand topics using the project's own brand profile. If you have connected Search Console, you can go further and approve Create actions in the SEO Brain, which become the topic seeds for the next cycle- so “let AI choose” means “target proven demand” rather than “guess”. Which channels does it cover? Your website, Google Business posts, and the social channels you have connected that accept a written post. TikTok and YouTube are excluded on purpose because they are video channels. Does it work for more than one brand? Yes. Autopilot is configured per project, so every brand keeps its own cadence, theme, channel mix, and review queue. Nothing is shared between projects unless you share it. What happens if image generation is slow? The batch waits for content and images before the review link goes out, but not forever. If generation stalls with nothing ready, Autopilot proposes whatever has finished after three hours rather than silently holding everything back.
